Announcing the Re-Organization of our Local Chapter
NCADD - San Diego Board of Directors is excited to announce that we are undergoing a full organizational
restructuring of our non-profit affiliate chapter. As a part of this re-org, we are cancelling our monthly breakfasts
and the 2013 conference so that we can focus all of our efforts and energy into making our local chapter more relevant and
vibrant. So keep checking the website for updates and news and we will keep you posted about the changes to come!
Touching The Lives of Millions The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, is a non-profit organization with headquarters
in New York City and affiliates in cities throughout the country. Founded in 1944 by Mrs. Marty Mann, its mission is
to "fight the stigma and the disease of alcoholism and other drug addictions". NCADD operates nationally and through its network of local affiliates to provide assistance to chemically dependent individuals,
their families, government policy makers, the media, the medical community, educators and national health organizations.
